Cracked by Annika Vestel. The viewer is invited into a moving universe of light and sound. The piece can be seen as a choreographic installation where the movements and a multitude of light melt together into a constantly moving space. The show is part of a larger project ”Eye-catcher” that is under construction.
Cracked sound design and musical experience is conducted and performed by Cha Blasco in live through a software specially created for this project, based on the principles of randomness and probabilities which it makes impossible to play the same twice. The software is a polyphonic sampler, sound transformer and quadrophonic spatialisation tool, co-designed and programmed with the custom audio software developer and sound artist Tobias Reber (Swit
zerland).
